I've been around bikes for a few years, I even bought my latest bike from Mike as well as sent others to buy from him as well. From being in sales at Struthers, to owning his own shop, he gets the job done. His customer relations and personality do it all!! One hell of a nice guy and has time for anyone!! Did I mention he can ride!! Anyway, I would not worry about sending anyone his way, I promise he will take care of them!!

Top notch. They help in every way they can. Use to take my metric bike to them to have work done. Now i have a harley and was very impressed with the lenghts they whet to to fix my problem with it. Couldn't ask for better sevice. I will definitely will take my bike back to them. My wife is buying a bike from them now. They found the perfect bike for her to start off with. Fenders Cycle is a great Motorcycle shop they are always willing to help out no matter what type of bike you have. I have a 1973 Honda CL350 neat little sport bike, but not many places are willing to talk to guys that have older bikes, and I haven't had that problem with the guys at Fenders. Thus the reason they get my repeat business, I go to their web site first anytime I need anything most times they have it. And with an older bike you have to be willing to adapt to newer products, so Breck their parts guy helps me out with this, looking up the parts I need and figuring out what will work.

You guys have really good customer service and you make the customer feel comfortable and like family thankx guys see you after winter.

I have a 2007 ZX-10R with a handful of mods done to it, took it to Van Wall in Perry and that was the biggest mistake ever with that bike. Brought it to these guys in Des Moines and am extremely impressed with it. The bike is so smooth now, pulls harder than ever before and gets better mileage on top of that. Thanks guys, anybody looking for a tuner these guys are top notch.

Fenders did my carbs on my 84 Honda Magna 500. No one would work on it except a place in Winterset, IA. They weren't sure if they could get the parts; needed payment upfront for four hours of labor. These crooks wanted me to pay $1200.!! Fenders did the tear down and got me back on the road according to my schedule. It was a fair price and the mechanic there (Josh) was very helpful and reliable. He kept me posted and answered any questions i had. The carbs were so trashed, i could barely broke 60 mph. Now, I can take a very well maintained 93 vulcan 750. It is very reliable, starts after two cranks and never gives up. So, for all the people who own older than '90 bikes, no one will work on them right? Fenders will. and for the same price as the newer bikes. Every time I needed a new helmet, accessory, or any thing they sold, I got attention right away and was happy with any purchase I've made. A+ in my book. Thanks guys.

I had an older suzuki they did alot of work on it and i always was satisfied with there work. I now have a harley i had an oil leak and they worked very hard and went to great lengths to fix the problem. would recomend them to everyone for any work you need done and on any make of bike. The whole staff there is easy to talk to and they try very hard to help you in any way. My wife is buying her frist bike from them and couldn't be happier with the way they helped her find and pick out the perfect bike for her. The sales team was awsome all the way through the whole deal. We will deal with no one else, keep up the great job guys.
